On September 1, 1965, “Parlaphone” label released the self-titled, third Hollies (The) album. It was recorded November 1964 – July 1965, at “Abbey Road Studios” in London, and was produced by Ron Richards.

On November 24, 1969, “Straight Records” label released “Blue Afternoon”, Tim Buckley’s fourth studio album.  It was recorded in 1969 and was produced by Tim Buckley.

Police-outlandos damour

On November 2, 1978, “A&M” label released “Outlandos d’Amour”, the debut Police album.  It was recorded January – June 1978, at the “Surrey Sound Studios”, and was produced by Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland. In 2012, “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked the album  at number 428 on its list of “500 Greatest Albums of all Time”
