On November 4, 1987, “SST” label released “If’n”, the second Firehose studio album. It was recorded September – October 1987, at “Radio Tokyo” in Venice, California, and was produced by Ethan James and Mike Watt.

In May 1985, “SST” label released “Loose Nut”, the fifth Black Flag album. It was recorded in March 1985, at “Total Access Recording” in Redondo Beach, California, and was produced by Bill Stevenson, Greg Ginn and David Tarling.
