John Mellencamp: John Cougar

On July 27, 1979, “Riva Records” label released “John Cougar”, the third John Mellencamp studio album. It was recorded in 1978 at “AIR Studios” in London, and in 1979, at “Criteria Studios” in Miami, and was produced by Ron Albert, Howard Albert and John Punter.

Pat Benatar: In The Heat Of The Night

On August 27, 1979, “Chrysalis” label released “In the Heat of the Night” the debut Pat Benatar studio album. It was recorded June – July 1979, at “MCA Whitney Studios” in Glendale, California, and was produced by Peter Coleman and Mike Chapman.The album was certified 4 x Platinum in Canada by “CRIA” and Platinum in US by the “RIIA”.
