In June 1960, “Chess” label released “Muddy Waters Sings “Big Bill”, the first studio and second Muddy Waters overall album. It was recorded June – August 1959, in Chicago, Illinois.

Muddy Waters: At Newport 1960

On November 15, 1960, “Chess” label released “At Newport 1960”, album by Muddy Waters. It was recorded in July 1960, at “Newport Jazz Festival”, in Newport, Rhode Island, and was produced by Leonard Chess. “Rolling Stone” magazine included it at number 348 on its list of “500 Greatest Albums of all Time”.

In February 1971, “Warner Bros” label released “Long Player”, the second Faces studio album. It was recorded September 1970 – January 1971, at “Morgan Studios” in London and “The Rolling Stones Mobile Recording Unit”, the live tracks recorded in November 1970 at “Filmore East” in New York City, and was produced by Rod Stewart, Ronnie Lane, Ronnie Wood, Ian McLagan and Kenney Jones.
