In November 1983, “SST” label released “Buzz or Howl Under the Influence of Heat”, the fourth Minutemen extended play (EP). It was recorded January – May 1983, and was produced by Spot and Ethan James.

It was recorded 2009 – 2010, at the “Feedback Studio” in Vienna, “Lofish Studio” and “Midnight Sun” in New York, “Room 5 Recording” in San Francisco and “E Studios” in Berlin, and was produced by Andrew Butler, Mark Pistel and Patrick Pulsinger.
