On May 25, 1998, “Warner Music Japan” label released “Super æ”, the fifth Boredoms studio album. It was recorded March 1996 – March 1998, and was produced by Masanobu Kondo and Yamantaka Eye.

It was recorded June 2000 – April 2002, at “Tarbox Road Studios” in Cassadaga, New York, and was produced by Wayne Coyne, Steven Drozd, Michael Ivins,  Dave Fridmann and Scott Booker.
