The Sonics: Boom

In February 1966, “Etiquette” label released “Boom”, the second Sonics (The) studio album. It was recorded 1965 – 1966, at “Wiley-Griffith Studios” in Tacoma, Washington, and was produced by Kent Morrill and Buck Ormsby.

Stanley Turrentine: Blue Hour

In March 1961, “Blue Note” label released “Blue Hour”, album by Stanley Turrentine with The Three Sounds (the second Stanley Turrentine album overture). It was recorded in December 1960, at “Van Gelder Studio” in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, and was produced by Alfred Lion.
