It was recorded in 1997, at “Bearsville Studios” in Bearsville, New York, “The Congress House” in Austin, Texas, “Music Mill”, “Ocean Way”, “Quad & Woodland Studios” in Nashville, Tennessee, and was produced by Jeff Balding, Janis Ian, and Ani DiFranco.
