On January 15, 1971, “Liberty” released “Hooker ‘n Heat”, a double album by John Lee Hooker and Canned Heat. It was recorded in May 1970, and was produced by Bob Hite and Skip Taylor.

On November 8, 1981, “Liberty” label released “La folie”, the sixth Stranglers (The) studio album.  It was recorded July – September 1981, at “The Manor Studio” in Shipton-on-Cherwell, and was produced by Hugh Cornwell, Dave Greenfield, Jean-Jacques Burnel, Jet Black,  Tony Visconti and Steve Churchyard.
