In December 1962, “Blue Note” label released “Go!” the 18^th Dexter Gordon album. It was recorded in August 1962, at “Van Gelder Studio” in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, and was produced by Alfred Lion. In 2019, “Go!” was selected by the Library of Congress for preservation in the “National Recording Registry” for being “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant”.
