On July 13, 1999, “Eagle” label released “Portraits of Bob Dylan”, the ninth Steve Howe album. It was recorded in 1999, at “Langley Studios” in Devon, England, “Dinemec Studios” in Geneva, Switzerland, “Mountain Studios” in Montreux, Switzerland, and was produced by Steve Howe.
