Fugazi: Repeater

On April 19, 1990, “Dischord” label released “Repeater”, the debut Fugazi studio album. It was recorded July – September 1989, at “Inner Ear Studios” in Arlington, Virginia, and was produced Don Zientara and Ted Niceley.

Fugazi: The Argument

On October 16, 2001, “Dischord” label released “The Argument”, the sixth and final Fugazi studio album. It was recorded January – April 2001, at “Inner Ear Studios” in Arlington, VA, “Dischord House” in Arlington, Virginia, and was produced by Don Zientara, Guy Picciotto, Ian MacKaye, Joe Lally and Brendan Canty.

Steve Albini

On May 7, 2024, Steve Albini died aged 61. He was singer-songwriter, musician (guitar, bass, drums), audio engineer and music journalist, member the bands Big Black, Rapeman and Shellac. Albini was the founder, owner, and principal engineer of the Chicago studio “Electrical Audio”. He recorded and produced thousands of albums, for various acts including Nirvana, The Pixies, Fugazi, Chris Connely, Volcano Suns, The Breeders, Superchunk, Ty Segall, The Wedding Present, Cheap Trick, Guided By Voices, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, PJ Harvey, Manic Street Preachers, Will Oldham, Red Crayola, The Jesus Lizard and Jimmy Page and Robert Plant.

Fugazi: Red Medicine

On June 12, 1995, “Dischord Records” label released “Red Medicine”, the fourth Fugazi album. It was recorded January – February, 1995, at “Inner Ear Studios” in Arling,  Virginia, “Guilford House” in  Guilford, Connecticut,  and was produced by by Guy Picciotto, Ian MacKaye, Joe Lally, and Brendan Canty.
