The Nice: Five Bridges

In June 1970, “Charisma” label released “Five Bridges”, a live and studio album by Nice (The) (the fourth The Nice album overall). It was recorded in October – December 1969, at “Fairfield Halls” in London, “Filmore East” in New York City, and “One of Those People” studio recording. In the “Q” & “Mojo” “Classic Special Edition Pink Floyd & The Story of Prog Rock”, “Five Bridges” was ranked at no. 29 in its list of “40 Cosmic Rock Albums”.

On September 10, 1971, “Island” label released “Welcome to the Canteen”, the fifth Traffic album (the first live one). It was recorded in July 1971, at “Fairfield Halls” in Croydon and the “Oz Benefit Concert” in the canteen of the “Polytechnic of Central London”.

In November 1970, “Reprise” label released “Anyway”, the fourth Family album.Side one was recorded on July 26, 1970, at a concert at “Fairfield Halls” in Croydon, London; side two is a collection of new tracks recorded in 1970, at “Olympic Sound Studios” in London. The album was produced by Roger Chapman, Charlie Whitney, John Weider, Poli Palmer and Rob Townsend
