On July 25, 1983, “Megaforce Records” label released “Kill ‘Em All”, the debut Metallica studio album. It was recorded in May 1983, at “Music America Studios” in Rochester, New York, and was produced by Paul Curcio. ”Kill ‘Em All” is regarded as a groundbreaking album for thrash metal. It was certified Platinum in Canada by “Music Canada” and 3 x Platinum in the US by the “RIIA.
