16 Horsepower: Sackcloth ‘n’ Ashes

On February 6, 1996, “A&M” label released “Sackcloth ‘n’ Ashes”, the debut 16 Horsepower studio album. It was recorded in 1995, at “Ardent Studios” in Memphis, Tennessee, and was produced by Warren Bruleigh.

Violent Femmes: Hallowed Ground

In June 1984, “Slash” label released “Hallowed Ground”, the second Violent Femmes album. It was recorded in January 1984, at “Secret Sound Studio” in New York City, and was produced by Mark Van Hecke.

It was recorded at “Big House”, “Soundtrack”, “Odin”, “Son/Re”, “DV’s Perversion Room” in Milwaukee, and was produced by Warren Bruleigh, Gordon Gano, Brian Ritchie, Guy Hoffman, Pierre Henry and Tom Grimley.
