On May 4, 1979, “DiscReet Records” label released “Orchestral Favorites”, the twenty seventh Frank Zappa album. It was recorded in September 1975, at “Rotce Hall”, UCLA, and was produced by Frank Zappa. The album features instrumental music performed by the 37-piece Abnuceals Emuukha Electric Symphony Orchestra.

On September 15, 1978, “DiscReet” label released “Studio Tan”, the twenty – fourth Frank Zappa album. It was recorded from 1969, 1974 – 1976 at “The Record Plant” in Los Angeles; “Royce Hall”, “UCLA” and “Caribou Studios” in Nederland, Colorado and was produced by Frank Zappa.

FZ OZ

On August 16, 2002,  “Vaulternative Records” (label from the “Zappa Family Trust”), released “FZ:OZ”, a live album by Frank Zappa. The two CD’s set contains almost all material from the concert from January 20, 1976, held at the “Hordern Pavilion” in Sydney. The album was produced by Dweezil Zappa.
