Anavitória: Cor

On January 1, 2021, “Anavitória Artes” label released “Cor”, the fourth Anavitória studio album. It was recorded in 2020, at “Estúdios Rocinante” and “Estúdio do Tó”, and was produced by Ana Caetano, Tó Brandileone. At the 2021 “Latin Grammy Awards”, “Cor” won in the category “Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album” and the track “Lisboa” won in the category “Best Portuguese Language Song”.

Os Mutantes: Same

In June 1968, “Polydor” label released the debut, self-titled Os Mutantes album. It was recorded December 1967-January 1968, at “Philips Studios” in Brazil, and was produced by Manoel Barenbein. “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked the album at number 9 on its list of the “10 Greatest Latin Albums of All Time”, and on number 9 on the list of the “100 Greatest Brazilian Albums of All Time”. “Mojo” magazine ranked the album at number 12 on its list of the “50 Most Out-There Albums of All Time”.

In February 1969, “Polydor Brazil” label released “Mutantes”, the second Os Mutantes album. It was recorded in December 1968, “Estúdio Scatena”, and was produced by Manoel Bareinbein. “Rolling Stone Brazil” magazine ranked the album songs, “2001” at number 90 on the list of the “Greatest Brazilian Songs”, and the album was ranked at number 44 on the magazine’s list of the “Best Brazilian Albums in History”.
