On August 18, 1981, “I.R.S.” label released “Dark Continent”, the debut Wall of Voodoo album. It was recorded in 1981, and was produced by Jim Hill, Paul McKenna, Stanard Ridgway, Marc Moreland, Bruce Moreland, Chas Gray and Joe Nanini.
