Clones of Dr.Funkenstein

On July 20, 1976, “Casablanca” label released “The Clones of Dr. Funkenstein”, the fifth Parliament album. It was recorded in 1976 at “United Sound” in Detroit and “Hollywood Sound” in Hollywood, and was produced by George Clinton.

Mothership Connection

On December 15, 1975, “Casablanca” released “Mothership Connection”, the fourth Parliament album. It was recorded March – October 1975, at “United Sound” in Detroit and in “Hollywood Sound” in Hollywood, and was produced by George Clinton. In 2011, the “Library of Congress” added “Mothership Connection” to the “National Recording Registry”, declaring that “the album had an enormous influence on jazz, rock and dance music”.

Funkentelechy Vs

On November 28, 1977, “Casablanca” label released “Funkentelechy Vs. the Placebo Syndrome”, the sixth Parliament studio album. It was recorded 1976 -1977, at the “United Sound” in Detroit,  “Hollywood Sound” in Hollywood, and was produced by George Clinton. The vinyl release contained an 8-page comic book that explains the album concept and 22″ by 33″ inch poster of the character “Sir Nose D’Voidoffunk”.
