The Flower Kings: Flower Power

On November 16, 1999, “InsideOut” label released “Flower Power”, the fourth  Flower Kings (The) studio album. It was recorded November 1998 – June 1999, and was produced by Don Azzaro.

Ric Ocasek

On September 15, 2019, Richard Theodore Otcasek aka Ric Ocasek died aged 75. He was singer, songwriter, musician (guitar), record producer and painter, best known as the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist and songwriter for the band the Cars. In 2018, he was inducted into the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” as a member of the Cars. Ocasek released seven solo albums.

Viv Stanshall

On March 5, 1995, Victor Anthony Stanshall aka Viv Stanshall died aged 52. He was musician (various instruments), singe, songwriter,  painter, author  and poet, best known for his work with the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, for his surreal exploration of the British upper classes in Sir Henry at “Rawlinson End” and for narrating Mike Oldfield’s “Tubular Bells”.
