On April 21, 1987, “MCA” label released “Let Me Up (I’ve Had Enough)”, the seventh Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers studio album.  It was recorded 1986–1987, at “Sound City” and “M.C. Studios” in Los Angeles, and was produced by Tom Petty and Mike Campbell.

Personnel:

  • Tom Petty – lead and backing vocals, 6 and 12 string electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitar
  • Mike Campbell– lead guitar, 12-string guitar, acoustic guitar,slide guitar,  bass guitar, koto, Dobro, keyboards, dulcimer, mandolin, ukulele, percussion
  • Howie Epstein– bass guitar, harmony vocals
  • Benmont Tench– acoustic and electric pianos, Hammond and Vox organs, vibraphone, synthesizer
  • Stan Lynch– drums, percussion
