Fantômas: The Director’s Cut

On July 9, 2001, “Ipecac” label released “The Director’s Cut”, the second Fantômas studio album. It was recorded in January 2001, and was produced by Mike Patton.

On October 7, 2014, “ECM” label released “Spark of Life”, the third Marcin Wasilewski Trio album. It was recorded in March 2014, at “Auditorio Radiotelevisione Svizzera” in Lugano and was produced by Manfred Eicher.

Tomasz Stanko

On July 29, 2018, Tomasz Stańko died aged 76. He was musician (trumpet), composer and improviser, associated with free jazz and the avant-garde. He has performed and recorded with many famous jazz musicians including  Adam Makowicz, Krzysztof Komeda, Zbigniew Seifert,Cecil Taylor,  Jack DeJohnette, Dave Holland, Reggie Workman, Rufus Reid, Lester Bowie, David Murray, Manu Katché and Chico Freeman.
