Neil Young: Storytone

On November 4, 2014, “Reprise” label released “Storytone”, the 36th Neil Young studio album. The album was released in two formats: a single disc, which features orchestral and big band arrangements of the songs, and a deluxe edition which includes stripped-back recordings of the songs. Neil Young subsequently released a third version of the album “Mixed Pages of Storytone”, merging elements of both albums. It was recorded in June 2014 (solo version) and August 2014 (orchestral and big band version), at “Capitol Studios” in Hollywood, and was produced by Niko Bolas and Neil Young.

On October 23, 2007, “Reprise” label released “Chrome Dreams II”, the 30th Neil Young studio album. It was recorded July 1988, May – July 2007, at “Broken Arrow Ranch”, and was produced by Niko Bolas and Neil Young.

On July 8, 2022, “Reprise” label released “Toast”, the 44th Neil Young studio album (credited to Neil Young and Crazy Horse). It was recorded November – December 2000 – February 2001, at “Toast Recoding Studios” in San Francisco, and was produced by John Hanlon and Neil Young.

On June 29, 2015, “Reprise” label released “The Monsanto Years”, the 40th Neil Young album. On the album, Young is accompanied by the band Promise of the Real. It was recorded January – February 2015, at “Teatro Theater” in Oxnard, California, and was produced by Neil Young and John Hanion.
