On April 8, 2008, “4AD” label released “Mountain Battles”, the fourth Breeders (The) studio album. It was recorded 2007 – 2008, at “Electrical Audio” in Chicago; “Stagg Street Studio” in Van Nuys; “Manny’s Studio” in Los Angeles, and “Refraze Recording Studio” in Dayton.

It was recorded in 2006, at “Pachyderm Studios” in Cannon Falls, “Crazy Beast Studio” in Northeast Minneapolis, “Wall2Wall Recording” in Chicago, “Third Ear Recording” in Minneapolis, “Electrical Audio” in Chicago, “SAE Mastering” in Phoenix and “Pachyderm Studios”, and was produced by Andrew Bird and Ben Durrant.
