On February 27, 1989, “Fire” label released “Playing with Fire”, the third Spacemen 3 studio album. It was recorded in 1988, and was produced by Sonic Boom and Jason Pierce.

On March 30, 1992, “Dedicated” label released “Lazer Guided Melodies”, the debut Spiritualized album. It was recorded November 1990 – July 1991, at “VHF Sound Centre” in Rugby, “Moles Studio” in Bath, “Far Heath Studio” in Northamptonshire, and was produced by Jason Pierce.
