Bill Evans: The Bill Evans Album

In August 1971, “Columbia” label released “The Bill Evans Album”, the 53rd Bill Evans album. It was recorded may – June 1971, at “CBS 30th Street Studio” in New York City, and was produced by Helen Keane. At the Grammy Awards of 1972, the album won the “Grammy Award for Best Jazz Instrumental Solo” and the “Best Jazz Performance by a Group” awards.
