On April 22, 1997, “American” label released “Sound of Lies”, the fifth Jayhawks (The) studio album. It was recorded in 1996, and was produced by Brian Paulson, Gary Louris. Marc Perlman, Karen Grotberg, Tim O’ Reagan, Kraig Johnson and Jessy Greene.
