On March 27, 2012, “Latent” label released “The Wilderness”, the fourth in “Nomad Series”, and 16th Cowboy Junkies album overall. It was recorded 2011 – 2012, and was produced by Michael Timmins.

On April 3, 2012, “Nettwerk” label released “New Wild Everywhere”, the fifth Great Lake Swimmers studio album. It was recorded in 2012, at “Revolution Recording” in Toronto, and was produced by Andy Magoffin. The album artwork was by Nick Wroblewski.
