On June 7, 1999, “London” label released “Leisure Noise”, the debut Gay Dad album. It was recorded in 1999, and was produced by Chris Hughes and Mark Firth. In 2014, “NME” magazine included the album in its list of “30 Glorious Britpop Albums That Deserve a Reissue Pronto.”
