In July 1980, “Rough Trade” label released “The Voice of America”, the second Cabaret Voltaire studio album. It was recorded March–April 1980 at “Western Works” in Sheffield, England, and was produced by Richard H. Kirk, Stephen Mallinder, Chris Watson and Haydn Boyes.
