In February 1996, “ESP-Disk” label released “Sings”, the debut Patty Waters album. It was recorded in 1995, at “RLA Sound Studios” in New York City.

It was recorded in 1985, at “Sigma Sound Studios” in Philadelphia, and was produced by Kenny Gamble, Reggie Griffin, Leon Huff, Joseph Jefferson, Bunny Sigler, James Sigler, Dexter Wansel and Cecil Womack.
