On May 16, 2000, “DGC” label released “NYC Ghosts & Flowers”, the eleventh Sonic Youth studio album. It was recorded August 1999 – February 2000, in New York City, and was produced by Sonic Youth and Jim O’Rourke.

On April 19, 1982, “Warner Bros” label released “Big Science”, the debut Laurie Anderson album. Laurie Anderson had previously recorded one side of a 2-LP set titled “You’re the Guy I Want to Share My Money With”, a collaboration released on Giorno Poetry Systems with William S. Burroughs and John Giorno. It was recorded at “You’re the Guy I Want to Share My Money With, and was produced by Laurie Anderson and Roma Baran.
