On October 4, 2019, “Nonesuch” label released “Sun on Sand”, album by Joshua Redman and Brooklyn Rider. This is a concept album, interpreting eight compositions taken from a suite written by Patrick Zimmerli. It was recorded in 2019, at “Power Station” and “Sear Sound” in New York City, and was produced by Patrick Zimmerli.
