On March 20. 1972, “Pink Elephant” label released “Inkpot”, the fifth Shocking Blue studio album. It was recorded October – December 1971, January 1972, at “Sound Push Studios, Blaricum, Netherlands, and was produced by Mariska Veres, Robbbie van Leeuwen, Cor van der Beek and Henk Smitskamp.

In April 1973, “Fantasy” label released “The Blue Ridge Rangers”, the first John Fogerty solo album. It was recorded in 1973, and was produced by John Fogerty.
