On March 14, 2011, “Esoteric Recordings” label released “A Grounding in Numbers”, the eleventh Van der Graaf Generator studio album. It was recorded in April 2010, at “Propagation House” in Holsworthy, Devon, England, and was produced by Peter Hammill, Hugh Banton and Guy Evans.
