On April 8, 1997, “Kill Rock Stars” label released “Dig Me Out”, the third Sleater-Kinney studio album. It was recorded December 1996 – January 1997, at “John and Stu’s” in Seattle, Washington, and was produced by John Goodmanson. In 2020, “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked it no. 189 on its list of “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.
