Groundhogs: Scratching The Surface

In December 1968, “Liberty” label released “Scratching the Surface”, the debut Groundhogs album. It was recorded in October 1968, at “Marquee Studios” in London, and was produced by Mike Batt.

  1. I did the design, art direction and photography for SCRATCHING THE SURFACE which was entirely my concept. I don’t know who Messrs Woodward and Wolin were. They certainly had nothing to do with the original album release.
